The NBA season is well underway, but after most teams have played only four games, the standings still don’t give us much to go on. At this stage, it’s all about the performances the teams put in. That could all change in the blink of an eye as the match-ups are coming in hot.
We have selected some of the top games over the next few days for you to consider and place your bets on. Let’s get into those right now.
The Magic had a successful outing in their last game taking a win over the Knicks with a final score of 95-83. Nikola Vucevic delivered for his team with a personal haul of 21 points for the game, which was enough for the Magic to win it. Orlando are now up to seventh in the Eastern Conference. The team will be looking at this game as another chance to move higher up in the standings.

The Nuggets started the season with three games that all ended in victory. Denver has slipped since then and now find themselves on a two-game losing streak and in serious need of a win in this one. That last game ended in the Pelicans’ favor by quite some margin, with a final score of 122-107. The Nuggets need to get back on track as fast as they can.
The Lakers were far too much for the Grizzlies in their last outing. LeBron James and co put in the performance of the season so far. It finished 120-91 with the Grizzlies never looking like the result would go in their favor. One win in four is never going to be enough at any level, and they come into this game needing a result to move up from twelfth in the NBA Western Conference.
The Suns have fared slightly better over the five games played at this stage in the NBA season. Picking up three wins with two defeats so far. Last time out they beat the Warriors 121-110 and will be seeking more of the same in this matchup. They can consider themselves fortunate in that last successful outing as the Warriors lost star-man Curry to a broken left-hand midway through the tie.
The Wizards need to find some form fast after losing the last two games played. Both of those defeats could have played out differently, though. They lost the first by two points in a heartbreaking game against the dominant Spurs. The next one was even tighter losing by a single point when they faced the Rockets in the NBA. Can they turn around their patch of bad luck in this one?
Minnesota is up to sixth position in the NBA Western Conference standings. This is a game in which they will want to pile some pressure on the teams above them. They have a fantastic chance of doing so but will need to perform better than they did against the 76ers. They rolled over in that game and allowed the Philly boys to win by 117-95.
The Trail Blazers took a vital win in their last outing by the slimmest gap, winning 102-99 when they faced the Thunder. That was their third win of this NBA campaign, and it was well needed. Portland is still down in the NBA Western Conference tenth spot, but the green shoots of a revival are there for everyone to see. This game sees them face dominant opposition, and it could be a big ask to take a positive result.
The 76ers have started like a whirlwind and have collected four impressive wins at this early stage in the season. They lead the way in the NBA Eastern Conference and will be looking to add a fifth straight win to that tally here. Portland will be tricky opposition, but if the 76ers can find their usual groove, this game could be a walk in the park.
